Sec. 1151.108. BOARD DUTIES. The board shall: (1) recommend to the commission rules and standards regarding technical issues relating to tax professionals; (2) provide advice to the commission regarding continuing education courses and curricula for registrants; (3) provide advice to the commission regarding the contents of any examination required by the commission under this chapter; and (4) educate, and respond to questions from, the commission and the department regarding issues affecting tax professionals.
