Sec. 1131.804. AMOUNTS OF INSURANCE. (a) The amounts of insurance under the policy must be based on a plan that precludes individual selection by the insured or the policyholder. (b) The amount of insurance on the life of the spouse or a child may not exceed the amount of insurance for which the insured is eligible under the policy.
