Sec. 1131.405. AMOUNTS OF INSURANCE. (a) The amounts of insurance under the policy must be based on a plan that precludes individual selection by the agents or by the principal. (b) Repealed by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 496, Sec. 2(3), eff. June 17, 2005.
