Sec. 1131.102. NONFORFEITURE. (a) A group life insurance policy other than a group term life insurance policy must contain nonforfeiture provisions that, in the commissioner's opinion, are equitable to the insured and the policyholder. (b) This section does not require that a group life insurance policy contain the same nonforfeiture provisions as required for an individual life insurance policy.
