Sec. 113.0815. REGISTRATION OF CONTAINER MANUFACTURERS AND FABRICATORS. (a) A person may not engage in the manufacture or fabrication of containers for use in this state unless the person registers with the commission in accordance with rules adopted by the commission. (b) A registration under this section must be renewed annually.
