Sec. 112.013. TERMS. (a) Members of the council appointed by the governor serve for staggered terms of six years with the term of one-third or approximately one-third of the members expiring on February 1 of each odd-numbered year. (b) A person may not serve on the council more than two consecutive six-year terms.
