Sec. 1117.303. TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR. The tax assessor-collector of: (1) DeWitt County shall assess and collect taxes imposed by the district on all taxable property in DeWitt County; (2) Lavaca County shall assess and collect taxes imposed by the district on all taxable property in Lavaca County; and (3) Gonzales County shall assess and collect taxes imposed by the district on all taxable property in Gonzales County.
