Sec. 1117.060. GENERAL DUTIES OF DISTRICT ADMINISTRATOR. (a) Subject to the direct control and responsibility of the board and any limitations prescribed by the board, the district administrator shall: (1) supervise the work and activities of the district; and (2) direct the affairs of the district. (b) The board must confirm the appointment of a person employed by the district administrator.
