Sec. 1115.104. HOSPITAL SYSTEM. (a) The district shall provide for: (1) the establishment of a hospital system by: (A) purchasing, constructing, acquiring, repairing, and renovating buildings and equipment; and (B) equipping the buildings; and (2) the administration of the hospital system for hospital purposes. (b) The hospital system may include any facilities the board considers necessary for hospital care.
