Sec. 1114.113. HEALTH CARE SERVICES ELIGIBILITY. (a) The district shall provide health care assistance as required by this chapter to each eligible resident of the district. (b) A person is eligible for health care assistance from the district if the person: (1) resides within the district; and (2) meets the basic income and resources eligibility requirements established by the district.
