Sec. 1114.006. CONSUMER NOTICE DOCUMENTS. (a) The commissioner by rule shall adopt or approve model documents to be used for consumer notices under this chapter. (b) The department may develop model documents under this section, or the commissioner may approve model documents developed by insurers or published by national organizations recognized by the commissioner.
