Sec. 1112.051. BOARD ELECTION; TERM. (a) The district is governed by a board of five directors elected from the district at large. (b) Unless four-year terms are established under Section 285.081 , Health and Safety Code, directors serve staggered two-year terms, with the terms of two or three directors expiring each year, as appropriate.
