Sec. 1110.052. QUALIFICATIONS FOR OFFICE. (a) A person may not be elected or appointed as a director unless the person is: (1) at least 18 years of age at the time of the appointment or election; (2) a resident of the district; and (3) a qualified voter. (b) A director who represents a county commissioners precinct must be a resident of that precinct.
