Sec. 111.0205. WORK INCENTIVES AND SUPPLEMENTAL SECURITY INCOME (SSI). The department shall employ staff at the department's central office to: (1) train counselors to understand and use work incentives in relation to services under this chapter or Subchapter F, Chapter 117 ; and (2) review cases to ensure that department clients receiving services under this chapter or Subchapter F, Chapter 117 , are informed of the availability of and assisted in obtaining work incentives and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) (42 U.S.C. Section 1381 et seq.).
