Sec. 1109.051. BOARD APPOINTMENT; TERM. (a) The board consists of: (1) six managers appointed by the commissioners court; and (2) the county judge of Tyler County as an ex officio manager. (b) Appointed managers serve two-year terms. The terms may overlap.
