Sec. 1109.002. ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT; RULES. (a) This chapter shall be enforced in the manner provided for enforcement of Chapter 74 , Property Code, under Subchapter H of that chapter. (b) The comptroller may adopt rules necessary to administer this chapter.
