Sec. 1108.114. REIMBURSEMENT FOR SERVICES. (a) The board shall require a county or municipality located outside the district to reimburse the district for the care and treatment of a sick or injured person of that county or municipality. (b) The board shall require the sheriff of Trinity County to reimburse the district for the care and treatment of a prisoner imprisoned in Trinity County who is not a district resident. (c) The district may contract with this state or a federal agency for the reimbursement for the treatment of a sick or injured person.
