Sec. 1108.103. HOSPITAL SYSTEM; MOBILE EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES. (a) The district shall provide for: (1) the establishment of a hospital system and the provision of emergency medical services by: (A) purchasing, constructing, acquiring, repairing, or renovating buildings and equipment; and (B) equipping the buildings; and (2) the administration of the hospital system for hospital purposes. (b) The hospital system may include any facilities and equipment the board considers necessary for hospital care.
