Sec. 1107.061. RECORDS OF PROCEEDINGS. (a) The board shall require the secretary to keep suitable records of all proceedings of each board meeting. (b) After each meeting: (1) the manager presiding at the meeting shall read and sign the record; and (2) the secretary shall attest the record.
