Sec. 1105.112. PROVISION OF CERTAIN HEALTH CARE SERVICES. The district may provide any appropriate health care services the board determines are necessary to meet the needs of the district, including: (1) emergency medical services; (2) home health care services; (3) long-term care services; (4) rehabilitation services; and (5) fitness services.
