Sec. 1104.216. MOTION FOR REHEARING. (a) A party may file a motion for rehearing with the board. The motion must state: (1) the specific grounds for rehearing; and (2) the relief sought. (b) A motion for rehearing filed under this section is governed by Chapter 2001 , Government Code.
