Sec. 1104.158. STATEMENT OF FEES. (a) In reporting to a client, an appraisal management company shall separately state the fees: (1) paid to an appraiser for the completion of an appraisal; and (2) charged by the company for appraisal management services. (b) An appraisal management company may not: (1) prohibit an appraiser from recording in the body of the report that is submitted by the appraiser to the company the fee that the appraiser was paid by the company for completing the appraisal; or (2) include any fees for appraisal management services performed by the company in the amount the company reports as charges for the actual completion of an appraisal by an appraiser.
