Sec. 1103.354. APPRAISER TRAINEE REPORTS. (a) An appraiser trainee licensed by the board may perform an appraisal under the direction of a supervisory appraiser. (b) The supervisory appraiser shall sign each report prepared by the appraiser trainee performing an appraisal under the direction of the supervisory appraiser. The supervisory appraiser is responsible to the public and to the board for the appraiser trainee's reports and conduct. (c) An appraiser trainee may co-sign a report prepared under this section.
