Sec. 1103.257. EXAMINATION RESULTS. (a) Not later than the 10th day after the date a person takes an examination, the board or the testing service shall notify the person of the examination results. (b) If notice of the examination results will be delayed for more than 10 days after the examination date, the board shall notify each examinee of the reason for the delay not later than the 10th day. (c) If requested in writing by a person who fails an examination, the board shall provide to the person an analysis of the person's performance on the examination. The request must be accompanied by a statement identifying the person and a fee in an amount determined by the board. The board shall release the analysis directly to the person requesting the analysis. (d) The examination results are confidential.
