Sec. 1103.205. FULFILLMENT OF EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS. (a) This chapter does not limit the amount of time in which an applicant for a certificate or license is required to satisfy the experience requirements under this subchapter. (b) Repealed by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 55 (S.B. 1222 ), Sec. 5(1), eff. September 1, 2023. (c) For the purpose of determining the qualifications of an applicant for a certificate or license under this chapter, acceptable appraisal experience includes any one or any combination of the categories recognized by the Appraiser Qualifications Board. (d) For purposes of this subchapter, an hour of experience means 60 minutes spent in one or more of the acceptable areas of appraisal experience recognized under this subchapter. Calculation of the hours of experience must be based solely on actual hours of experience.
