Sec. 1102.155. REEXAMINATION. (a) An applicant who fails the examination may apply for reexamination by filing a request with the commission and paying another examination fee. (b) An applicant who fails the examination three consecutive times may not apply for reexamination or submit a new license application unless after the date of the third failed examination the applicant completes additional educational requirements as prescribed by the commission and submits evidence satisfactory to the commission of successful completion of those requirements.
