Sec. 1101.100. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter: (1) "Advanced practice registered nurse" has the meaning assigned by Section 301.152 , Occupations Code. (2) "Physician" means an individual licensed by the Texas Medical Board to practice medicine in this state.
