Sec. 1100.063. APPOINTMENT OF STAFF AND EMPLOYEES. (a) The board may appoint to the staff any doctors the board considers necessary for the efficient operation of the district and may make temporary appointments if warranted. (b) The district may employ fiscal agents, accountants, architects, and attorneys as the board considers proper. (c) The board may delegate to the district administrator the authority to employ district employees, including technicians and nurses.
