Sec. 110.160. BIENNIAL REPORT. (a) The council shall file biennially a report with the governor, lieutenant governor, and speaker of the house of representatives about the activities of the council. The council shall include in the report: (1) any recommendation made under Section 110.151 ; and (2) any other recommendation the council considers appropriate.
