Sec. 11.062. SOURCES OF ACCOUNT. (a) The department shall deposit to the credit of the lifetime license endowment account all money received from: (1) lifetime hunting, fishing, or combination licenses; (2) private contributions, grants, and donations made for purposes of this subchapter; (3) interest income from the investment of money collected under this section; and (4) any other source provided by law. (b) The department may accept private contributions, grants, and donations made to the lifetime license endowment account.
