Sec. 1099.059. DISTRICT MANAGER; ASSISTANT MANAGER. (a) The board shall appoint a qualified person as district manager. (b) The board may appoint one or more assistant managers. (c) The manager and any assistant manager serve at the will of the board and receive the compensation determined by the board. (d) On assuming the duties of district manager, the manager shall execute a bond payable to the district in an amount set by the board of not less than $5,000 that: (1) is conditioned on the manager performing the manager's required duties; and (2) contains any other condition the board requires.
