Sec. 1096.051. BOARD ELECTION; TERM. (a) The district is governed by a board of seven directors elected from the district at large. (b) Each even-numbered year, on the May uniform election date or another date authorized by law, the appropriate number of directors shall be elected. (c) Directors serve staggered four-year terms.
