Sec. 1093.051. BOARD APPOINTMENT; TERM. (a) The board consists of seven directors appointed as follows: (1) three directors appointed by the governing body of the City of San Augustine; (2) three directors appointed by the Commissioners Court of San Augustine County; and (3) one director jointly appointed by the City of San Augustine and the Commissioners Court of San Augustine County. (b) Directors serve staggered two-year terms.
