Sec. 1092.052. QUALIFICATIONS FOR OFFICE. To qualify for election to the board, a person must: (1) be at least 21 years of age; (2) have been a resident of the district for at least two years; (3) have been a resident of the county commissioners precinct for at least six months if the person seeks to represent a county commissioners precinct position; and (4) be a qualified voter of the district.
