Sec. 1087.253. ASSESSMENT AND COLLECTION BY COUNTY TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR. (a) This section applies unless an election is held under Section 1087.254 . (b) The tax assessor-collector of Upton County shall collect the taxes imposed on all property subject to district taxation.
