Sec. 1086.057. OFFICERS. (a) The board shall elect from among its members a president and a vice president. (b) The board shall appoint a secretary, who need not be a director. (c) The president may vote only to break a tie vote. (d) Each officer of the board serves a one-year term. (e) The board shall fill a vacancy in a board office for the unexpired term.
