Sec. 1079.051. BOARD ELECTION; TERM. (a) The board is governed by five directors elected at large by place. (b) Directors serve staggered three-year terms. An election shall be held each year to elect the appropriate number of directors. (c) A director's term begins on the first day of the month that immediately follows the director's election.
