Sec. 1077.061. PERSONNEL CONTRACTS. (a) The board may contract with a nonprofit corporation for the corporation to provide administrative and other personnel for the operation of the hospital facilities. (b) The term of the contract may not exceed 25 years from the date the contract is executed.
