Sec. 1076.155. FINANCIAL REPORT. (a) As soon as practicable after the close of each fiscal year, the district administrator shall prepare a report that includes: (1) a complete sworn statement of all district money; (2) a complete account of the disbursements of that money during the previous fiscal year; and (3) the details of district operation during the previous fiscal year. (b) The district administrator shall make the report to the board.
