Sec. 1075.051. BOARD ELECTION; TERM. (a) The board consists of seven elected directors. (b) Directors serve staggered two-year terms unless four-year terms are established under Section 285.081 , Health and Safety Code. (c) The election order must state the time, place, and purpose of the election.
