Sec. 1071.403. RIGHT TO HEARING; ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE. (a) If the board proposes to suspend or revoke a person's certificate of registration or license, the person is entitled to a hearing before the board or a hearings officer appointed by the board. (b) The board shall prescribe procedures by which a decision to suspend or revoke a certificate of registration or license is made by or appealable to the board.
