Sec. 1063.115. CONTRACTS FOR HEALTH CARE SERVICES. (a) As permitted by the Texas Constitution and Chapter 61 , Health and Safety Code, the district may: (1) enter into a contract relating to the provision of health care services on terms the board determines to be in the district's best interests; and (2) make payments under the contract. (b) The term of a contract under this section may not exceed 15 years.
