Sec. 1063.062. CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER; ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATOR. (a) The board shall appoint a qualified person as the district's chief administrative officer. That officer shall be known as the district president or by another title selected by the board. (b) The board may appoint one or more assistant administrators. An assistant administrator shall be known as the district vice president or by another title selected by the board. (c) The chief administrative officer and any assistant administrator serve at the will of the board and are entitled to the compensation determined by the board.
