Sec. 1061.051. BOARD ELECTION; TERM. (a) The board is governed by a board of seven directors elected from single-member districts. (b) Directors serve staggered four-year terms. (c) An election of directors shall be held in each even-numbered year on the November uniform election date under Section 41.001 , Election Code.
