Sec. 1059.051. BOARD ELECTION; TERMS. (a) The district is governed by a board of seven directors. (b) One director is elected from each commissioners precinct and three directors are elected from the district at large. (c) Directors serve staggered three-year terms. (d) An election shall be held on the uniform election date in May of each year to elect the appropriate number of directors.
