Sec. 1058.107. CONTRACTS WITH GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES FOR CARE AND TREATMENT. With the approval of the commissioners court of Upton County, the board may contract with: (1) a county other than Upton County for the care and treatment of sick or injured persons of that county; and (2) this state or a federal agency for the care and treatment of a sick or injured person for whom this state or the federal government is responsible.
