APPOINTMENT OF GUARDIAN AD LITEM RELATING TO CERTAIN OTHER SUITS. In the interest of judicial economy, the court may appoint as guardian ad litem under Section 1104.354 (1) the person who has been appointed attorney ad litem under Section 1054.001 or the person who is serving as an ad litem for the ward's benefit in any other proceeding
