Sec. 1053.051. BOARD APPOINTMENT; TERM. (a) The board consists of not fewer than six and not more than eight managers appointed as follows: (1) one ex officio manager appointed by the Texas Tech University Board of Regents; and (2) the remaining managers appointed by the commissioners court. (b) Managers serve two-year terms. The terms may overlap.
