Sec. 1051.454. ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTY TO BE PAID OR HEARING REQUESTED. (a) Not later than the 20th day after the date the person receives notice under Section 1051.453(c), the person may: (1) accept the executive director's determination, including the recommended administrative penalty; or (2) request a hearing on the determination. (b) If the person accepts the executive director's determination, the board by order shall approve the determination and impose the recommended penalty.
