Sec. 1051.205. PUBLIC RECORDS. (a) The secretary-treasurer of the board shall keep records of all board proceedings and all money received or spent by the board. (b) The records must include a record of: (1) each issuance or renewal of a certificate of registration; and (2) each refusal to issue or renew a certificate of registration. (c) The records shall be open to public inspection at all reasonable times. (d) The board shall maintain records or an official roster showing: (1) the name and, if known, the address of each person registered under this subtitle; and (2) the date and registration number of each certificate of registration issued under this subtitle.
